Sterling Phase One – Expansion Project
Three Metal Buildings | 52,500 SF Total

This project was an extension of the original Sterling Phase One development. We added three new metal buildings—27,500 SF, 20,000 SF, and 5,000 SF (shell only)—designed as flexible spaces for sale or lease to multiple tenants.

The buildings were planned with a modular approach, making it easy to combine or split spaces depending on tenant needs. Whether someone needs a small unit or wants to expand into something bigger, the layout makes that possible without major changes.

We aimed for a clean, contemporary look with wide glass storefronts to keep things modern and inviting—all while staying within a tight budget.
